Acid Dyes
We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Acid Dyes used in various applications. Prepared from superior quality raw material the dyes are accurately formulated and water soluble. These dyes are used by both studio dyers and commercial dyers to dye protein and animal fibers like angora, wool, mohair, silk, alpaca and some nylons & synthetics. The Acid Dyes are tested on various quality parameters so that excellent product can reach the end user. Our range of acid dyes includes direct acid dyes, metal complex dyes, industrial acid dyes, tanactive acid dyes and leveling dyes.
Tanacid Leveling & TPM Dyes
The leveling dyes of this group require strongly acid dye baths employing sulfuric or formic acids. The pH of the dye bath is around 2.5-3. The dyes are generally bright with good leveling properties but have moderate wet fastness. The fastness to light varies from moderate to excellent.
The milling & TPM dyestuffs are dyed in a weakly acid or neutral bath employing a pH around 4-4.5. Acetic acid or Acid liberating salt such as Ammonium sulphate or Acetate are used. The shades obtained are bright with good all round color fastness properties.
TANACID 1:1 METAL COMPLEX DYES
This group comprises pre-metalized 1:1 Metal Complex Acid dyes.
These dyes have excellent level dyeing properties and all round good color fastness. In view of their outstanding leveling properties, the dyes are eminently suitable for the production of even very pale shades with good color fastness.
Tanacid 1:2 Metal Complex Dyes
These dyestuffs are dyed in a neutral or slightly acidic bath employing a pH around 5-7. The dyestuffs have a good degree of penetration, therefore, particularly suitable for the dyeing tightly woven goods. Also shades obtained have good all round fastness properties.
